In Laboratoria we believe that learning should advance as fast as technology does.   • Plan, design and develop the technological architecture of our Job Placement products and their integration to other tech products in Laboratoria.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of backend technology in our Job Placement products.
  • Coordinate with the team that develops our API and Learning Management System for the developing of components that can be democratized.
  • Participate actively in Laboratoria’s Developers’ Chapter sharing and learning from each others’ work and experiences.

Technical requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience as a web developer, building apps and complex digital products
  • Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+), in Node.js and browser.
  • React/Redux
  • Git & GitHub experience
  • TDD (mocha, jest, ...)
  • You like to work in teams but are able to work autonomously
  • You are organized, detail-oriented and can plan and meet deadlines accordingly.
  • Experience in leading projects with an Agile framework
  • Experience working in highly uncertain environments
  • You want to be part of an organization that dreams big and wants to have a great impact in the world
  • You can communicate in english (speaking and writing). Spanish is highly appreciated but not required.
  • It is a super plus if you have taken part of open source code projects and developer communities
