In Laboratoria we believe that learning should advance as fast as technology does. Everyone should learn the skills they will need for the future and companies and organizations should be able to rely on having really talented and innovative employees. We also believe that technology’s potential is only fully realized when it is inclusive and diverse. We want to make a change in this direction (ok, in all of these things, yes!) Since our beginning in 2015 we made the decision to train young women to become the best possible developers. Today, we’ve trained over 600 women as Front-end Developers and UX Designers in Peru, Chile, Mexico and Brazil. We have an employability rate that surpasses 80%, and have placed our students in companies like Everis, IBM, Thoughtworks, Scotiabank, Accenture, and 200 other companies like them.
Furthermore, realizing that we have a major role to play in boosting digital transformation in Latin America, we’ve worked closely with over 100 leading companies in preparing their teams for the challenges of the digital era.
