Over 6 weeks, we will guide you to strengthen your clarity, confidence, and employability.
Access mentoring sessions with professional women from different industries throughout the program and receive personalized feedback on your CV and job interview simulation.

Because we believe in the need to close the gender gaps that still exist in the world of work. Our goal is to support more women in Latin America in finding quality jobs and grow professionally, with safe spaces designed for their needs and contexts.
Kickstart Your Career is designed for women over the age of 18 who live in Latin America and who:
→ Are looking for a new opportunity or want to re-enter the workforce.
→ Feel stuck in their current role and want better career opportunities.
→ Need clarity, support, and guidance to take their next step.
It is a 100% remote and live program. For 6 weeks, you will participate in two weekly sessions via Zoom (Mondays and Thursdays), in addition to completing individual activities that you can organize at your own pace.
Throughout the program, you will complete 4 modules:
- Module 1: Self-awareness
- Module 2: Your job match
- Module 3: Interview preparation
- Module 4: Networking and connections
You can participate from wherever you are, as long as you have internet access and are available to attend and focus on the sessions.
Why does the program have a cost?
We are a nonprofit organization that promotes the employability of women in Latin America. Our work is made possible thanks to the support of donors, partner companies, and the contributions of our program participants in the region.
Every contribution we receive is reinvested to expand access and support more women in developing the skills, confidence, and networks that will bring them closer to quality jobs and sustainable careers in the digital age.
At Laboratoria, we believe that financial access should not define how far you can grow. That's why we offer scholarships covering 25%, 50%, 75%, and even 100% of the cost of the program. You can apply for the percentage that best suits your situation.
When you complete the application form, at the end you will find the option to indicate whether you want to apply for a scholarship and what percentage would allow you to participate comfortably. We will ask you some questions to understand what kind of support you need and make sure you can get the most out of the experience.
Our team will review your application with the care it deserves.

Once the call for applications has closed, the Kickstart Your Career team will send an email to all applicants (both selected and non-selected) to the email address provided during the application process.

If you find a job while participating in the program, you can continue attending the sessions and activities and maintain access to the content until the end of the six weeks.
The support continues, even if your employment situation changes along the way.
After completing Kickstart Your Career, you can join our membership program for a monthly fee of US$29 to access a comprehensive offering that includes hands-on learning programs, personalized mentoring, events, exclusive content, and a community of women who will accompany you in your professional growth.
Currently, Kickstart Your Career is the entry point to join the Laboratoria community and access the next stages of support through our membership.
For now, we do not offer direct access to the Growth Path. We believe in the importance of going through the entire process from the beginning, as each stage builds the foundation for the next.
However, we continue to explore new ways to expand access to more women.
