who are looking for new or better professional opportunities.
At Laboratoria we know that looking for work is much more than sending resumes. This is why for 6 weeks you will work on:
Group sessions to challenge limiting beliefs and strengthen your confidence and self-esteem.
Individual sessions with certified coaches to define your search with meaning and direction.
Practical spaces to communicate your profile in your CV, LinkedIn and interviews, and to navigate the selection processes safely.
Connections with women from all over Latin America who support and drive you in your professional search.
Kick Start Your Career is aimed at women over 18 who live in Latin America and who are currently looking for a new or better job.
We are looking for talented and resilient women who want to achieve quality work that has always been out of reach, and who are ready to transform their lives.
Next cohort: January 2026.
6 weeks, including 2 live sessions per week (3 hours each) and ~9 hours of individual work.
Twice a week, 3 hours each. Exact times will be confirmed once the application process begins.
For 6 weeks, you’ll participate in Kick Start Your Career for free. Afterwards, you can join the membership for $29/month to receive more professional guidance.

Activate your career is aimed at women over 18 who reside in Latin America and who are currently looking for a new or better job.
We are looking for talented and resilient women who want to achieve quality work that has always been out of reach, and who are ready to transform their lives.
Kick Start Your Career is a remote program, you will connect via Zoom to each session. You will have 2 live sessions every Monday and Thursday of 3 hours each for 6 weeks. In addition, you will have individual work every week that you can do at your own pace. You can participate wherever you are, as long as you have a device with internet access and that you can be 100% present and focused.
None. This program is completely free for participants.
Laboratoria is a non-profit organization whose mission is to train and accompany women in Latin America in the development of sustainable careers in the digital economy.
If you are selected, you can participate in the program for 6 weeks at no cost.
At the end of Kick Start Your Career, you will join the network of female graduates of the program and you will continue to have free access to key tools, practical content and resources to continue your job search independently.
In addition, if you want to continue developing with Laboratoria, you can join our membership, a comprehensive proposal that includes practical learning programs, personalized mentoring, events, exclusive content and a community of women that will accompany you in your professional growth.
Currently, Activate Your Career is the starting point to become part of the Laboratory community and access our next stages of support.
At the moment, we don't have direct access to the Growth Route, but we're always exploring new ways to add more women.
