2024 was a year that challenged us in new ways and reaffirmed the strength and resilience of the incredible community that we have built together at Laboratoria. As the digital economy continues to evolve at an unstoppable pace, so do the opportunities and challenges faced by the women we work with across Latin America. At Laboratoria, we have always believed in the strength, resilience and talent of women in our region. This year was no exception.
Today, we're excited to share our 2024 Impact Report. It's an X-ray of everything we built together during a year marked by determination, learning and significant progress: success stories, bold ideas, new opportunities, and the women who are shaping the future of the digital economy in our region.
This year we strengthened our programs and expanded our Upskilling initiatives, providing our graduates with opportunities to continue learning, empower their skills and stay current in an ever-changing digital labor market. From technical bootcamps to professional development workshops, these spaces have strengthened the paths of our graduates and opened new doors for their careers.
Beyond virtual classrooms and Zoom screens, our community grew and accompanied each other. We organize events and face-to-face meetings in different cities in Latin America, and we invite women to participate in dynamic virtual meetings that connected voices from all corners of our region. These moments of connection remind us that, although technology shortens distances, it is the human connections behind it that drive lasting change.
Looking to the future, we are inspired by new ideas, learning and alliances that are strengthened. The momentum we built in 2024 positions us to scale our impact even more in 2025 and beyond.
We invite you to explore our report and learn first-hand about the stories, facts, lessons and people that marked our year. Thank you for being part of this journey and for making this impact possible. Together, we are building a more inclusive, innovative and resilient future for the digital economy.
“If the world we want to build is one where technology works for us, it's time to profoundly redefine how we value human potential. We imagine a future where women not only compete for diminished opportunities, but also lead innovations that create new possibilities.”
