A Lead is considered to be a person who establishes a first contact with Laboratoria by showing interest in its programs, events or initiatives. An Applicant is considered to be a person who, after a first contact with Laboratoria, decides to formally begin an enrollment or selection process for one of the programs offered. At this stage, the interaction is more profound. The objective is to evaluate the eligibility, availability and conditions of the applicant to determine their participation in Laboratory programs, as well as to provide timely follow-up to the process and associated communications.

A user who has passed the application stage and formally joins the Laboratory community is considered a Member. In this phase, the relationship is continuous and oriented to accompaniment and development, so that processes of onboarding, profiling and active participation in community activities and benefits are carried out. The information collected makes it possible to enable access, customize recommendations and coordinate follow-up with coaches.

  3. Integrate the information collected in the baseline survey and in the profile with that previously registered, forming a single file used by laboratory staff and coaches in the support processes.
  4. Process your information using artificial intelligence services aimed at tasks related to your support and development within the community.

A Coach is considered to be the user who collaborates with Laboratoria providing support, mentoring and monitoring to Members of the community. Their relationship involves a hiring process and the creation of a detailed professional profile, in order to verify their suitability, coordinate sessions, facilitate pairing with coaches and maintain effective communication. The information collected makes it possible to personalize interactions.

  1. Identify you as a Laboratory coach and enable your access to community benefits.
  2. Maintain communication with you regarding your process of accompanying the assigned coaches.
  3. Generate, once the creation of your profile is complete, recommendations for contact with your coachees within the community, thus facilitating interaction and follow-up.
  4. Process your information through artificial intelligence services aimed at supporting support and development tasks within the community.

F. Staff

Staff is considered to be the user who maintains an employment or service relationship with Laboratoria and is part of its internal team. This category involves recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding processes, as well as the creation and administration of your work record to manage payroll, benefits, safety and health at work, performance and compliance with legal obligations.

Laboratoria can obtain your personal data through the following mechanisms during your process as a staff:

  1. Publication of vacancies in official media (Laboratory website, LinkedIn, university exchanges, social networks).
  2. Reception, storage and management of information through the Jazz HR platform.
  3. Complementary forms (Typeform/Google Forms) to collect specific information and speed up selection processes.
  4. Evaluation and resolution of practical challenges, including recordings using the Loom application as part of the selection process.
  5. Management of the recruitment process (review of resumes, communications, virtual interviews via Google Meet or Zoom, status updates).
  6. Receipt of applications through institutional email and storage in institutional Google Drive.
  7. Receipt of spontaneous CVs sent using the contact form on the Laboratory platform or by email comunicaciones@laboratoria.la.
  8. Response to applicants through thank you emails, information on the availability of vacancies and an invitation to consult official publication channels.
  9. Storage of resumes and emails in institutional repositories (Gmail and Google Drive).
  10. Retention of data to form a base of candidates and consider their participation in future selection processes.

In relation to their category as Staff, and because these are purposes necessary, we will collect and use your personal data to:

  1. Identify you as part of the Laboratory staff and enable your access to community benefits.
  2. Identify, select and hire candidates who meet the needs and requirements of the positions.
  3. Form and maintain a database of people interested in joining Laboratoria, to be considered in future selection processes.
  4. Create personnel records, register on the payroll and comply with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
  5. Maintain the necessary communication to manage the employment relationship with Laboratoria.
  6. Carry out offboarding processes (retirement documentation, exit surveys, delivery of certificates).
  7. Manage aspects of safety and health at work, including the purchase of health insurance.
  8. Provide access to work tools and manage affiliation to corporate and legal benefits.
  9. Comply with the payment of remuneration and tax obligations.
  10. Measure performance, manage teams, monitor indicators (KPIs), calculate performance bonuses and apply organizational climate evaluations.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you grant your express consent for Laboratoria to process your personal data, including financial or financial personal data, as well as sensitive personal data.

In the same way, Laboratoria reserves the right to share your personal data with administrative, judicial or governmental authorities of any jurisdiction in which it has a presence, provided that this is provided for in a legal, judicial or administrative mandate.
